Be it enacted of the Senate of the Student Association of the State University College at Oswego r.' I. Having reviewed the current Student Association fiscal mtatua, the Student Aaaociation Senate takes the following action: A. Revoke8 Section I.C. of Bill 4 of the 3rd Legimlative Seraion of the Student Association of the State University of New York College at Oswegot 8. Releases SO% of all 1967-68 Student Alsociation budget allotments. TI. An ad hoc council will be ertablished to deal with inunadiate r tudent fee problem A. This council will have the power to deal with immediate st-ldent fee problem* while the Student Association Senate is in adjournment. The council shall terminate after the first Senate meeting of the 19613 spring aemeeter has convened, 8, The membership of the council will conmiat of a 11 three senators elected by the Senate and 2) the Student Association President and Vice-President, C. Be it enacted of the Senate of the Student Association of the State University College at Oswegot EIaving reviewed the current Student Association fiscal status, the Student Association Senate reallots 25% of all 1967-1968 Student Association budget allocations. Students applying for hearings must do so within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving violation or automatically f orf %it the right to a hearing and be required to pay the fine, Upon receiving notice, which students must apply for in writing, the Student Traffic Board will notify the Campus Safety Patrol of said hearing and as to its pending date, Students utho are found guilty to violations will be required to pay fine on the night of the hearing, If found guilty, a student will be required to pay a service charge of $, 25, Passed September 26,1967
