Notes

Abstract:
Motivations to avoid pathogens are associated with a variety of social cognitive effects, including prejudice toward some stigmatized groups. Temperature has also been implicated in social cognitive processes relating to inclusion and exclusion. This study is investigating the interactive effects of pathogen avoidance and temperature on prejudice toward overweight individuals.
