Parking is a major challenge in the city of Oswego due to winter weather and snow build-up affecting transportation. The winter of 2016 has brought many new perspectives to the issue along with the implementation of a parking ban on all roads from 1am to 6am. Citizens and employees of the city have much to gain from a solution to parking, and various stakeholders have differing needs and priorities. This team will develop mathematical models to determine costs and benefits of clearing snow from a single winter storm.
