The expanding interest and reputation for Oswego Normal School required bigger and better facilities. Occupied 1879 - 1913, and constructed for $56,000, the new normal sat on West Schuyler Street, between Sixth and Seventh streets. The Normal School garden much later became Montcalm Park. ( eng )
